By accessing or using the Pet Trial application ("Service"), operated by R3 Nexus LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pet Trial is a mobile application designed to simulate the real responsibilities of pet ownership. The Service allows families to experience pet care tasks, scheduling, and responsibilities before committing to owning a real pet. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Subscriptions and Payments

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described in the app. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the platform through which you purchased the subscription (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. R3 Nexus LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The simulation provided by Pet Trial is for educational purposes and does not guarantee readiness for actual pet ownership.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R3 Nexus LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

R3 Nexus LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
